Calici - London

The ambiente in this restaurant is very good. the wine menu was impressive, there was an excellent wine selection from Slovenia that we knew but did not expect it to be there. the Tiramisu-Sud was a tade under the expectation, otherwise we would have given the food ten as the meat and pasta that we had cooked for perfection. there are also parking places there!

The food was excellent. two of us have divided several courses. starting with a delicious gazpacho Italian style. the freshly fenced calf ravioli was mouth water. after rigatoni a la norma. with a big barbera wein. the only mistake we made was to share a burger! altogether wonderful.

I went for the first time to “Calici” after being suggested by a colleague, me and my boyfriend loved the food, the service was 5 stars the waiter was very friendly and attentive. We were amazed by the wine list.

This is an excellent restaurant. A thoughtful Italian menu, excellent wine list and first rate service. Nothing intrusive, but attentive and helpful. Excellent place for a simple drink at the bar or a meal with family. Very friendly and attentive service.
