BRIX is located in an 8,500 sqft warehouse in the heart of London Bridge, just minutes away from The Tate Modern and Bankside Borough Market. The space includes a main Dining Hall, Lounge Bar, private Dining Rooms, and a late night Basement Bar. Our focus is on showcasing great British seasonal and sustainable produce, drawing inspiration from the Steak Smoke houses of New York's Meatpacker District and Brooklyn's all day dining scene. We offer a selection of gourmet street food, aged meats, locally sourced fish, craft beers, brunch options, and bespoke cocktails. In addition, we host private dining events, exhibitions, all-day dining, hot desks, album launches, film screenings, weekly DJ sets, and live events, all surrounded by a rotating collection of street art available for purchase by our patrons.

Brix is a hidden gem in London Went for food and the food is quality but the bar downstairs is next level, it's got intimate settings so great to take a date,music isn't too loud so you can conversate, the mood lighting is just right and the sunken in bar looks David was a great host he allowed us to store our electric bikes in a room which was kind of him and he introduced us to the owner Michael who showed us around he was a great guy to and can tell he cares about customer service and how brix is viewed. And if you want to party they have that to they have live acts,famous rappers from the states etc..plus dj's playing soul and hip-hop,so there is something for everyone. You can tell Michael put alot of thought into this place,if your thinking of going don't think just go and thank me later.. A+. One of the best restaurants in the city. The atmosphere is warm, lively, and welcoming, and the food is absolutely exceptional. I’ll be returning soon with my friends.

What a gem! I'm so glad I discovered this place. Everyone was wonderful, and the food was fantastic. I truly appreciated how welcoming they were to my two young daughters.
