My wife and I came here to have breakfast. First, we noticed that the restaurant had a nice decor and it felt quite cosy, especially in comparison to other Bill’s restaurants in London. Second, the members of staff were very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Third, my wife had the smashed eggs on toast and I had the smashed avocado on toast with smoked salmon. Our waitress was friendly, yet professional and helpful… don’t know who’s fault though.. BUT drinks took forever to arrive and had to ask numerous times. We were there 25minutes without anything or anyone! As I said, waitress was very pleasant and good when there… maybe need more staff? But food was very nice and seemed fresh. Definitely would go again, but would request table near waiter/waitress station!!! View all feedback.
One of the nicer Bill's with a good ambiance and pleasant staff. Menu is reasonable value.
Went for an early evening dinner after a show at the Hammersmith Odeon. Food was good, service was excellent but the temperature of the restaurant was a little cold sadly.

Service was incredibly slow!they weren’t very busy but there seemed to be a lot of waiting staff just wandering about doing nothing. After our main meal we offered dessert and coffees. One coffee arrived followed 10 minutes later by desserts. We then asked a further two times about the other coffee. It eventually arrived 30 minutes after we had ordered it. I have been a longtime customer of Bills and have never experienced anything like this before. I definitely won’t be going to the Hammersmith branch again!
