However, many diners experienced significant service issues, including inattentive staff, mixed-up orders, and uncomfortable seating arrangements. While the food’s quality was highlighted, it often arrived lukewarm, with misunderstandings regarding dish portions. Complaints about the added service charge and a few underwhelming menu items, such as dry calamari and bland lobster mac and cheese, further tainted the experience. Overall, despite some positive elements, many patrons felt let down and expressed reluctance to return.
The lobsters are delicious and the service is top-notch.
The steak was of poor quality and the prices were a bit high for average food. The music was great, but I believe the subpar food may have been the reason why there weren't many people at the restaurant on Saturday night.
Great service. My friend and I ordered from the express menu and had the lobster, which was a little small but apart from that the food was great!
This restaurant is always a fantastic choice, no matter the time of day or reason for dining out.
It,was very great i enjoy every moment there it was lovely.
