We went for an early lunch whilst the exterior doesn't look that inviting the restaurant inside is very different and a bit quirky with the arches. Tagliatelle Azzuro had a great flavour and my wife's Halloumi burger was delicious. Would thoroughly recommend as a great Italian restaurant. View all feedback.
What Elliott Cox doesn't like about Azzurro Waterloo:
The restaurant was not particularly lively, and the food was just average. It was a bit overpriced, but not awful. The place cleared out by 9:40 PM. The staff appeared to be overwhelmed with work. View all feedback.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was good, prices were reasonable, and I enjoyed the sound of the trains passing overhead. The location next to Waterloo station was very convenient and comfortable.
Went here before an event on the South Bank and as soon as we walked in we were hit with a smell of chemicals? It was not pleasant and sadly ruined the experience. The food was average at best tiny prawns and the pizza wasn't on a par with say Prezzo or Pizza Express.
We ate here before going to the National Theatre. It was only a short walk away. The food was lovely and the staff very attentive. The only bad point was the noise of the trains overhead but that’s a compromise we’re prepared to make and we’ll certainly be back.
Excellent food and service. The halloumi salad with mango chili dressing is devine and a must have when dining at Azzuro. This was our second time there and we will definitely come back.
