What Arnþór Harris doesn't like about Aqua - The Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg:
We were left unattended for a while without anyone taking care of us. Finally, after 15 minutes, we were able to order drinks and then food shortly after. There was a long wait for our food, and unfortunately when it arrived, it was incorrect. Throughout the meal, there were constant apologies and excuses for the mistakes.
