I booked an afternoon tea for my mum’s birthday. The staff were dressed immaculately and were friendly and professional. They made our visit special from start to finish and my mum thoroughly enjoyed her special day. The food was fabulous and the decor was a true reflection of Ralph Lauren. Absolutely faultless. Thank you so much! View all feedback.
What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about Afternoon Tea By Ralph Lauren:
The sandwiches were tasty, but the selection of pastries was quite lacking—there were only a brownie and caramel popcorn, neither of which tasted fresh or enjoyable. The coffee, on the other hand, was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. View all feedback.
Most non-sophisticated afternoon tea in the whole Mayfair Scone, brownie and popcorn. Seriously? There was a human hair in my cappuccino and staff just replaced the cup after complaint. A lot of disappointment... Service staff was polite and friendly.

Love the decor and ambiance however quite tight in space. Good food. Great service too! Could do with a baby changing table in one of the toilets.
Perfect afternoon tea at fantastic location. But I deviated shamelessly and had coffee, and what an excellent coffee they had! All sandwiches were fresh, and my guests told that tea was excellent, too. The place is a perfect haven, when you are tired of noise and crowds of Regent Street. Service was faultless and I am happy to recommend this for anyone appreciating sophisticated environment with top-class service
We visited for afternoon tea, but our tea arrived 10 minutes after our food, which really took away from the experience.
