We arrived at The Lodge in Fortnum and Mason only to find that they had no record of our reservation. They mentioned that they don’t take bookings through their website and seemed quite indifferent about the mix-up. They indicated that they would be filing a complaint with OpenTable. Fortunately, they had a last-minute opening for us, and we ended up enjoying a lovely meal with excellent service. View all feedback.

I had made a reservation, but when I arrived, they had no record of it and seemed surprised when I showed them the confirmation email. Fortunately, they were able to seat us fairly quickly. The service was lacking, but the food was good, though quite pricey — £9 for a simple hotdog served in a plastic basket felt a bit excessive. I ordered the Highland cubes, which were delicious. I had a very good business meal at a centrally located restaurant in Waterloo. I found it to be an excellent place to bring clients.
