Contribute FeedbackA recent dining experience at a restaurant located in the DoubleTree Hilton Victoria garnered mixed reviews. Some diners were let down by the quality of the food, with complaints ranging from raw chips to uninspiring dishes. However, others enjoyed the generous portions and warm service, especially highlighting the friendliness of the staff. The restaurant's ambiance was generally praised, with a clean and comfortable environment noted. Prices were considered typical for London, and the availability of a bar menu with varied options was seen as a plus. Despite some inconsistencies, a friendly welcome and the convenience of the location near Victoria Station left some diners looking forward to a return visit.
Decent food had a steak and was lovely chicken breast good along with peppercorn sauce too and fine service to go with it and all reasonable prices
Road works blocked entrance and exit so it was difficult to get to. Otherwise the hotel was good.
Lot is issues with service and not good food at all. Didn't honour the reservation and looked flummoxed. Waiter was not making any eye contact and took ages to take order and bring food. Food was not good with no salt and old veggie. Not something you would see at a Hilton. Added gratuity by themselves. Would not recommend this place.
Food was very poor. Toasted sandwich was dry and missing ingredients. Burger was overcooked and cheap ingredients. Staff were great and drinks were good. Just needs more attention on the bar food.
Hottest day in London's history. The air conditioning was not keeping up The maintenance man Jason came in and tuned up the a/c and brought us a fan. Awesome experience, friendly and kind service Especially from Jason. Thank you.
