What User doesn't like about Charbonnade De La Botte:
No cst check. a lot of customer, not respect for the wearing of the mask. the restaurant was filled and not enough ventilation, the smoke and smell of the grilled meat were very present. servers absent or indifferent to our requests for drinks, desserts. very disappointed View all feedback.
Carne molto buona, ottimi i contorni e salse varie, le ragazze della sala molto gentili e veloci, 4 stelle perché mancavano i bicchieri e vino con attese superiori alla media..si può fare meglio....
Good for groups and families... A little bit too noisy.. Dessert are good as well
Melted with good taste but consistency a little pasty. I personally found the price a little high. We had to chipoter and open the smoke hood ourselves because the smoke began to sting our eyes and it began to make blue in the restaurant without anyone reacting. and a shame to have received the bread in a bag rather than in a basket. as dessert the ice at the cuberdon was very good and as accompaniment the gratin was good too! to summarize the food was good but the service is to be improved
Service incroyablement long : trois personnes pour une salle comble dont un qui aide en cuisine, le calcul n'est pas bon du tout....les pauvres serveuses ont du mérite. 3h30 sur place pour un plateau de viande a se cuire seul, une fumée et une chaleur à tomber là.... Dommage nous n'irons plus
