Ordered a pizza and boneless wings. Wings were burnt on the outside but still raw on the inside. Called back and told them and they said they would replace them. Got the replacements an hour later and they were the same way. Called back again and they said they couldn't replace them this time since they already had once. Man on phone was very rude and didn't seem to care at all. Asked for a manager and they said they don't have one? Will never order here again. Also check your equipment! Obviously something wrong with the wings other than being cooked wrong Food: 1 Service: 1

My husband who is very picky said the crust was perfect, and it was probably the best pizza he’s had in a long while. I grew up on coney pizza, he unfortunately didn’t. Hats off to you all he’s very hard to please. He said we will be back for sure

You would think because of the e... read more We moved to Barton MD 3 years ago and later found out, sadly, Coney Pizza is the only food place that will deliver to our area. You would think because of the extra business they get just for this reason they would strive to make their food and service top-notch! When we first moved to the area the food was always fresh, hot, and correct, and portion size was good but this has changed. I try not to order at all anymore but after working all day and both my husband and I not wanting to make dinner we end up giving them another try. Our mistake I guess. The last time we ordered I got a salad, when it came the dressing was all over it and I don't like to put my leftover salad in the fridge with dressing on it because it kills the lettuce so couldn't save the rest when I was full. Waste of money. I always order the stampede baked potato with no steak and extra cheese. I don't prefer to eat meat... With ordering no meat they are usually pretty generous with the other toppings, grilled onions, and mushrooms, this time there are probably 3 of each, mushrooms and grilled onions. We ordered nachos with seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. The chips were so stale they don't even break, they just bend, and they even taste stale. I called and asked to speak with a manager, they said there wasn't one on shift so they took my number and said one would call me back. I guess I don't get to eat tonight because they will want to see the food or even want it back... Waste of money again. I didn't even get into the rude, disrespectful customer service. There is one guy that delivers to us that is always very nice and respectful but that's about it. Update: We have not heard from anyone! No one has called to ask what the problem was or to see if they could resolve the issue, nothing! Absolutely ridiculous! Horrible customer service and customer care! No regard for people spending their hard-earned money to eat and not getting what they paid for/ordered or even being able to eat the food they ordered! Ev... read more I got the large pizza and wings deal! I got blue cheese and mild on my wings and they were amazing!! My pizza had mushrooms and pepperoni. Really good pizza! Everything was so good! I also got their fried dough balls with icing and those are so delicious! Super friendly staff!! Just wish they weren't so busy all the time for delivery but I understand! Five stars in my book!
