I stayed in standard fan room with double beds. The room is decorated with nice wallpaper, and dressing table. The staffs and owner are friendly and helpful. The price is a good deal since it's located facing the beach. It has ATM right next to the gate, and mini market on the other side. However, there were no amenities except for towel. The blanket was thin, more like bed sheet instead. The floor was dirty when we came. The breakfast was so so. I didn't object the previous, but It bothered me that the water smelled like rust, the toilet has no bidet shower.

Nice rooms, lovely grounds, friendly staff. Good location near to the beach and a few minutes into the centre of town. Food is standard fare decent enough. We used the location as a base to explore the local beaches and surrounds as the beach by the hotel is fine for a stroll but not for swimming.

This is one of the best budget places to stay in Kuta Lombok. Lovely banana pancakes at breakfast and they will give you extra ones for a small charge. All the rooms face a central courtyard with a pretty garden. Walking distance from Kuta beach (right opposite). Tanjung An beach is about a 20 min drive away. Mawan and Mawi beach are a bit further maybe 45 mins. Some nice restaurants outside on the beach front. Right next to an ATM and a supermarket.
