The alternative... read more As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the owners to pay the entrance and, for a malfunction of the pos it was impossible to pay with the ATM. The alternative was to pay with satispay, but the amount available on the application was almost equal to the total of the riddle. Therefore we asked for a small reduction to have the possibility to buy even only a bottle of water at our 1 year old child. The answer was NEGATIVA, they laughed at us in front of us treating us like bits. They're really shameful people, we're definitely not coming back.

Too bad that at the entrance they didn’t warn us that the second tub was not us... read more We went to the family to spend an afternoon relaxing and entertaining the girls. Too bad that at the entrance they didn’t warn us that the second tub was not usable and even the inflatable slides for children. The hot tub was just a bathtub and you didn’t understand what the whirlpool was. I mean, we're gonna be unlucky, but they should have warned us and at least reduced the entrance price. 31€ for the afternoon with sunbed and umbrella and not being able to use the one advertised on the site did not seem a correct behavior.
