The smoothies are pretty good honestly but the service is so unbelievably slow it's ridiculous. There was 1 car in front of us in the drive through and we waited for 10 minutes and never moved so we got out of line and went inside just to wait 30 minutes for 2 smoothies.. Smoothies are fine but really need to hire more employees. Waited over 20 minutes to pick up a mobile order because there was only one guy working and they were slammed with orders. Not fair to the employees or the customers.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. I requested to add probiotics to my child's smoothie, but the woman who claimed to be the manager refused. When I tried to explain that I had successfully made this request before, she accused me of arguing and spoke to me with an attitude. I'm sorry to say that the manager lacks the communication skills necessary for this role. Ultimately, I left without getting the smoothie.
I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I've visited this location 50 times since it opened, and the smoothies are always delicious and prepared promptly. The app is fantastic, and it's easy to earn rewards as well. It's a great place for smoothies, and I highly recommend it!
I really enjoy Smoothie King! The two employees who were working the night shift on September 26 were fantastic. I'll definitely be returning!
I had a fantastic experience with delicious smoothies and excellent service! I ordered seven different smoothies online for myself and my coworkers. The website indicated they would be ready in 23 minutes, and when I arrived right on time, everything was perfectly prepared and waiting for me! Destiny, who made the smoothies, was wonderful and incredibly friendly. I was really impressed with the speedy service! Thank you!
