We all enjoyed the Steakhouse Beef. App is great way to make your sandwich custom. The hot peppers are very hot and tasty. Enjoyed the hotter than hot chips and the cold brew shake was refreshing. Doordash was speedy and they do a great job with labeling the sandwiches so you can be sure you grab the correct sandwich. Original is plenty to fill up your belly. View all feedback.

Order was not even started by time of pickup. No estimated time of completion. Rude service at checkout. I did not receive order 30 minutes after pickup time and needed to leave to make it back to work. View all feedback.
5 star experience all the way around. One of the best Potbelly’s locations I’ve visited. Food was perfect. Dining area is huge. Highly recommended.Parking: Parking is easy and plentiful.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

I had to pick up my own delivery. Manager was pretty rude when I asked for a refund (delivery fee and tip). Got a rude comment from him about me asking for my refund. He just threw my tip at me and told me to leave when I asked about the delivery fee.
Never order from them their salads are brown and rotten everytime i order and they barely put any meat on the sandwiches.Waste of money
Had a chicken sub with everything on it. Jumped in with both feet and was pleasantly surprised. Nice meal.
