P.f. Chang's Lombard

The waiter was great. the chicken salad packs were good. but the Mongolian bark was not everywhere near what it was before (that was always my favourite dish. not anymore) it was tasteless. even the honey garnel lacked taste. does not come back.

We were very disappointed in the food, both the quality and the way it was prepared. The lettuce wraps were burned, two times, and the calamari was very heavily breaded and fishy tasting. Our server did not seem too interested in our complaints, although they did remove those two items from our bill, which was nice. We also had to ask to have our waters refilled. Not a great experience!!

Great customer service. Meal selections are terrific. Our favorite for weekend dining!

Everything was great. Love the Chang’s Spicy Chicken

This was our first time at PF Chang's in Lombard and it completely met our expectations. Because some in our group were hard of hearing, I asked for a table in a quieter location and the booth they chose for us was perfect! Our waitress was outstanding in every way personal, professional, and anticipated our every need. Special requests didn't phase her in the least. The food was fabulous! The lettuce wraps and crab rangoon appetizers were delicious and didn't dull our appetite for the main course. The egg drop soup was the best I've ever had! We thoroughly enjoyed the kung pao chicken, honey chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and fried rice. Nothing was rushed and we were able to enjoy time with friends without being rushed. We will definitely be back! Great ambiance. Great food. Great service.
