Came here for the first time on a Saturday night. I like that you can reserve space. There are so many flavors to choose from and our server Drew did a great job of giving recommendations and found some options for us that would suit our taste. In service industry the essence of retaining customer is to treat a customer with respect and understand their need. Here in Lux Hokka parlour the staff needs a through training on customer service and especially the baldy with bridge like gap in his teeths. Lux is a great place. The owner Jamsheid is very accommodating for big groups.

It was a great experience as I came from outside state. The place is clean, owner was super friendly and nice. It has its own unique vibe.
