When I lived in Chicago, I was a big fan of Gloria Jean's. They have locations in many shopping malls. My favorite drink was the white chocolate caramel. I believe it was blended, but it wasn't frozen.
This restaurant offers distinctive coffee recipes, but they can be quite pricey. It's located in the mall.
My last visit was fantastic! Despite being overwhelmed by a sudden rush of customers, the staff handled everything with remarkable patience. She made me a wonderful cup of coffee, and managed the whole situation impressively!
