I ordered without ham and without mayonnaise and it came with both, on top of that I call and they don't answer the phone

I had to call to see if it had happened. They took care of me well but it had been a long time of approx.
The food is fine, but as always they forget to bring the muffins and one has to wait 1 more hour for everything and we end up eating cold. There is not a single time in which they do not forget to send the dessert, Better that !!!
