Restaurant is tucked into a small shopping center. Shopping center is not clean, but the restaurant is spotless! Had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Virginia, who explained her philosophy and the opening of her restaurant. Very impressed that she is a nutritionist that took her knowledge and created a healthy eating experience. Love the fact that it is 100% plant food-based and does not have any gluten or processed food. Wish we lived closer to experience the seminars that they offer along with cooking classes. The food is prepared when you order it with fresh ingredients. If you are in a hurry, call in your order or you can order online. Great healthy choices. The owner takes time to discuss all options and answers all your questions. She makes her food with love! Definitely give it a try!
The food is good and not overpriced but the inside feels sterile and boring. It needs some ambiance and TLC.
Finally an excellent VEGAN choice for Loma Linda and Redlands! This place cooks true, real, fresh, DELICIOUS, Healthy vegan. This is not a fast food restaurant. This is a restaurant to order, sit and enjoy good conversation with a friend or loved one and wait for the freshly-made food to be served to you. I took my Mom here today and it was wonderful and Mom loved it too. Such a gem of a place!
Visited a few times and love it. Ordered The curried tofu platter. Greens, rice, the best black beans I have ever had and of course the curry tofu. Nice spice, and if you are a runner or cyclist, this will meet your protein needs. I’ll give it 4 stars for now, but if the next few dishes are like the first 4 it goes to five stars.
