Delicious food! We ordered a variety of dishes, from fajita salad to rump steak, all absolutely fantastic! The staff is very attentive and friendly. I've been coming here for years; it's the best restaurant in Lohmar! Ibo, Kamilia, and Katrin are very nice and attentive employees.

Super friendly service, delicious food, and a very short wait, even though there were four of us there during peak hours on a Saturday evening. We'd love to come back

Touch Down has a beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff. But it serves subpar dishes that make me more than a parody of US Tex-Mex food as they have with too much oil, fat, lard, sugar and cream to taste and substitute for fresh... and high quality ingredients. Examples: Guacammole prepared with heavy cream; Fajitas dried in oil and served in a lukewarm pan; made at home iced tea with an industrial sugar flavor; tortillas that are hardly heated again; Beans that just taste from a can. Improving food quality should go hand in hand with labelling allergens on the menu, so customers know what they eat. Example: If Guacamole contains lactose, customers should know. The popularity of Touch Down seems to be more to blame to avoid the beautiful environment and atmosphere as the food they serve or the care they take, help their customers avoid food allergens.

I came here a few days in a row and the staff is friendly and extremely professional. that is a great place to bring family to a working mate for parties

I rated 3 stars in August 2015. Eating was good, but far from being like American Tex-Mex and was pretty bland. I tried this in January 2018 with a colleague and was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good. More authentic than I remembered. Prices were reasonable, service was very good. Still not quite authentic, but it is worth visiting more often than every few years. I would go back if in the mood for Tex-Mex (which is really not easy to find in Germany). Large seating capacity and usually quite full. Usually enough parking, but not always. Note: The 556 bus runs between Rösrath Train Station (Station) and Siegburg/Bonn Train Station.

Service is excellent. Atmosphere is well different for Germany which likely accounts for it usually being very crowded. Seems to be very popular with the under 30 crowd. We had the Fajitas. Good, but lacked any spiciness and was really almost not recognizable as fajitas...(I guess once you have eaten them at Mi Tierra in San Antonio, it is hard to be totally satisfied with any other). It 's hard for me to give this place a really fair rating as it just isn 't my kind of place. The food is good, the quality and presentation is very good, the service is good, the prices are reasonable (moderate) and it is something out of the ordinary, but it is not quite genuine in what it is imitating, and I was there just for the Tex-Mex food. If I was looking for something else, I probably would rate it higher. There is nothing bad about this restaurant, and the German taste for food with less kick to it probably accounts for the lack of normal fajita peppers and spice.

My uncle loves this place, so we took him and my cousin to dinner. The service was friendly and efficient. The food freshly cooked to order. Tasty steaks with all the fixins. Too much food so we have not tried any of their desserts.
