Then we had pochas, which Is a thick white bean soup with clams. Best dish ever. Tasty, fine, and fulfilling. Did I say tasty? We had filet mignon which was also very good. But the dish to return for is the pochas.

Menu is very good, and large enough, covers typical specialities plus some original ones. The wine chart is very good also. The red tuna, and the goat cheese salad were spectacular, and the homemade flan is the best I have had in my life. We came early for dinner and we were almost alone... because a large group of national politicians had reserved the remaining tables and came late. The staff was very attentive and proffessional, and managed well the situation. It was fun to share the room with a former prime minister, a former Madrid major, the president of some autonomous government and other top politicians. The staff was very warm cariñosos and had with us a fun departing chat. A fun and complete experience.
