I called them... read more I ordered the D3 Hibachi dinner along with a side of Filet Mignon, but they forgot my fried rice and the steak wasn't cooked all the way through. I called them about it, and they were very apologetic and respectful. They remade my entire order for me. Despite the hiccup, Nana 7 remains my wife and my favorite place to eat!
