This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. I took my wife there for lunch, and we were the only ones in that particular section. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer as soon as we sat down. Unfortunately, when the mozzarella sticks arrived, they were undercooked—cold cheese and all. We waited over an hour for our main courses, and not once did our waitress come to check on us or provide an update. The only time we saw her was after the hour mark when she brought a drink refill for something we hadn't even ordered. At the hour and 15-minute mark, I asked her about our food, and by then, the area had filled up with other diners who were nearly finished eating while we were still empty-handed. She couldn't provide any information about our order. When she returned after an hour and 25 minutes, she assured us that our food would be ready in just one minute. However, 15 minutes later, we still hadn’t received anything. At that point, my wife and I decided to leave after having waited a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes without food or any assistance from our waitress. We are extremely disappointed!
My only complaint is that after we finished our meal, the waitress didn’t come back. I was sitting with a friend to catch up, and we felt completely ignored; it seemed like she thought the service and drinks were over.

My girlfriend, her daughter, our 4-year-old blind and disabled son, and I arrived around 6:30 PM tonight. Although the restaurant was busy, once we were seated, they didn't provide a high chair for our son, which left us to hold him the entire time, I assume. When the waitress asked if we were ready to order, we decided to leave instead. We went to the parking lot behind Applebee's to place an order for curbside pickup and waited in our parking spot for our food. However, 12 minutes after our food was supposed to be ready, I went inside and approached three waitstaff standing by the door who weren’t serving anyone. I asked about my curbside pickup order, which was overdue by about 15 minutes. I was confused when one of them told me, "No, go stand by the bar and they will bring it to you.” This left me puzzled—if it's called curbside pickup, why do I have to go inside? I would greatly appreciate it if someone could relay this feedback to the manager or someone in charge. Thank you.
