This is one place that I am looking into for having our wedding. It seems to have a lot of space and very nicely put together. I noticed that it has great photo backgrounds as well. The location is a great place. Hotels and dining are both within minutes from location. Its right off the highway for easy directions for guest. View all feedback.
What elynnbrown doesn't like about The Regency O'fallon:
The staircase is the best feature of the entire venue. Overall the experience was pleasant until the meal did not agree with me and other attendees. Something along the lines of food poisoning… YUCK!! View all feedback.

My Friend had her Birthday Party here, nice facility!
Attended a banquet at the Regency for my father-in-law's U.S. Navy reunion. It was catered by the Regency and the food was delicious. Of the two options, chicken or pork, the chicken with the cream sauce was better. So good! The chocolate cake was amazing too! The staff was super friendly. We were in and out for several days without any issues. See attached picture of one of the wait staff who was so friendly. Went for a wedding 5/29/21. The building was nice. Staff was wonderful. BUT it was freezing cold. Asked could they ac be turned down. Guess not.
Food was good and servers friendly but the bathrooms were dirty
