Roti has been one of my go to faves for lunch for the past few years (I work nearby) and usually the service and the food are great and I love coming there. Today I came in for lunch around probably 1 and I was excited to try the new menu items and everything was really interesting but the employees were downright rude and when I was asking questions it was very bothersome how they were acting. I love this place. Yes it's a chain but they're did is so good all be it a bit pricy. If you order from the set menu prices are decent, but was soon as you build your own… Cha ching. Their falafel wrap is my favorite with lots of fun toppings to choose from. The good is always fresh, made on site. Staff is generally friendly, although occasionally there is a sullen teenager behind the counter who is not motivated to be informative or helpful. I'm done too. The servings have become smaller and smaller and some of the staff are about as indifferent as you can be. Ridiculous to pay $12 for this.
Ordered the chic peas in a blanket meal. They didn't put the tahini nor the red shug sauce on it. Just a plain pita with falafel and cabbage. Not sure how you mess up the standard sandwich.
