If you are in the vicinity of portillos, go. If you don't, you must hate yourself.
One of my favorite spots to get food when I go back to Chicago. My go to choices are bacon double cheeseburger and Chocolate Cake Shake with cheese fries. Onion rings are a popular menu from them so please try them when you stop by near Portillo's. Also, the interior and decorations are based on a traditional American diner, which is super cool. I didn't order pasta this time, but pasta is also great to check out. Enjoy the beefy time.
