Food is always hot definitely plentiful and the wait staff is friendly courteous and very knowledgeable it's great home cooking and a fabulous place for a quick breakfast one of my favorite restaurants in Bartonville View all feedback.
What Mike Dociu doesn't like about Jim's Family:
People are not friendly unless you are a regular took 45 minutes to get a omelet other regulars came in after we did about 10 minutes after they got there food the Same time we did some before didn't greet us at the door didn't get seated we were looking for a small country kitchen these people need to step up your game such a disappointment food just okay coffee ️ awful service not good was looking for a better expe... I've been going to Jim's since a kid it's not what it used to be. The service is slow took an hour and a half for biscuits and gravy omelette and some hash browns. Little did I know but everything is frozen nothing is fresh. The waitress overheard us talking amongst our table about the slow service and was very rude and jumped into our conversation. Claimed that they were super busy but yet all the tables weren't even filled. We usually sit in the back room however it's very cold in there.
Absolutely love this place. Good service amazing, delicious food!
The food is great and Esther is great. She keeps the place going. I'll be back for sure.
I had a Western Omelet that was very good, and one of best cups of coffee I've ever had.
The best biscuits and gravy in the area. Friendly service, great food, and the food comes quickly.
