Gloria Jean's Coffees Stratford Square Mall

Unbelievable, online it says they close at 9 but I went with my boyfriend around 7 pm and the blonde girl working behind the counter was literally on the phone talking to some girl about how she didn’t know some dude had a girlfriend and was apologizing to her. When addressed us she told us that she couldn’t serve chillers after 7 pm because she had to clean the blenders. What a waste of time and gas. If anything make sure to answer the phone or update your website.

I absolutely love their Iced Mochas! The coffee is delicious and I enjoy mostly everything they have to offer. I feel that Gloria Jean's could be more successful if they were not located inside Stratford Mall. The mall itself is falling apart and Gloria Jean's does not have the potential to thrive in the location they're at currently.
