Got whole milk again when I asked for and was charged for oatmilk. This has happened at both the Palatine and this location. Paid $7 for an oatmilk latte and couldn’t even get the correct milk. Please do better at listening, some people do have severe reactions to whole milk — it’s not just a milk preference. View all feedback.
Excellent coffee shop. Staff was great and the atmosphere was perfect for getting stuff done.

Buttered PUCK Coffee, a place where coffee meets quality… The taste for this cup of coffee is smooth and sooo flavorful.
