Really cool brewery in downtown Springfield. Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon while on a bike ride and had a couple of their brews. The beer was great, and I am told they have excellent pizza, as well. I'll be trying that when we come back! View all feedback.

The staff is a bit on the hipstery attitude trip. The food is fantastic, absolute shame that they offer no delivery options even though I’m a mile from the location. And when I called to place an order for pickup, so I could Uber there and back really quickly, they said I needed to come in and order, therefore paying for two rides instead of a ride with a stop. Horrible service the heavy set burnette particularly. Waitress using vulgar language while serving not making for enjoyable experience. Beer was mediocre at best. Will not be returning. Highly recommend buzzbomb.
The two girls behind the bar is the worst bartenders I have ever dealt with!!
Went here when we had an hour to burn. Super friendly staff, and quick service earn this a 4 star easy.. but the beer.. oh man… and “the dips” that's where the money is. 5 stars all around will definitely be coming back to see the night life!

Adding the pizza was the best business decision Anvil has made, IMO! Their beer selection is nice, hoping for more of a frequent rotation of the taps so there is something new to try more frequently. Environment is cozy and there's almost always a table! The margarita pizza was my only let down, it tasted a bit off from others I've had, but, it was right after they first opened so it could've just been a whoopsie. Love their four cheese pizza.
