Best ramen in Brisbane! The chicken Karaage and it’s special dipping sauce is amazing!! The egg is perfect as well, the only thing to fault is the broth can be quite salty by the end of the bowl! Needing a Ramen hit we visit for lunch. On arrival, we are warmly greeted by the friendly waitress. We quickly place our order before the arrival of the lunchtime crowd. I recall that Ramen presentation here is not a high priority when my Ramen Champion is served. Never mind, the Ramen and Tonkotsu broth are both good. Delicious ramen noodle house in Sunnybank. Their flavours is on the lighter side, but you can always spice it up with condiments. Pretty good and gives Hakataya a good competition in this heavily competitive market in Sunny B
