Tried Mint buffet for the first time last year with a few close friends for my besties birthday dinner and everything was absolutely perfect! The fried meals werent overly oily, the salads were crisp and flavourful and the roasts was succulent and juicy. Would highly recommend! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mint Buffet:
Mint has an impressive menu listing what is available for lunch and dinner. However on our last trip there in July 2015 for lunch on a Wednesday, there were many items listed missing. There was no Hainanese Chicken Rice, no Fish Curry, no Char Keow Teow, no Chicken Curry, no Fried Rice, no Pho, no Otak-Otak but heaps of French Fries, heaps of Potatoes, heaps of Salads, heaps of cold Deserts. I was really impressed by the facility, it looks so much better than the old buffet garden. the new buffet was fantastic, but eating was a bit cold and some of them had no taste. I would eat more seafood, but the garnels were soggy and the oysters looked like. I didn't like the waitress who runs around all the time near her table, I feel like I was looked at while I was eating. they always come on the table and take a plate away to a time, also plates away that I did not finish eating. the alcohol menu is too expensive and the music was too loud. I don't think we'll return, his shame, as it looks so good on the outside.
I like the new buffet Garden, with the new set up, better selection of food not to mention their dessert are superb! I also loved the idea of having the self serve ice cream with fresh fruits. A big congratulations to the new management.
Fresh food and awsome choices of food the service was.good and the fresh new look is so freshing. The price good and the location
This restaurant is much improved from when it was called Garden Buffet. They offer a wide selection of dishes for both appetizers and entrees. The dessert options were not as plentiful, but still satisfactory. The frozen yogurt was particularly delicious. The bottomless soft drinks were a bit pricey. Overall, it's worth a visit.
We hadn't been to this restaurant since the old buffet garden days. We used to come here often and loved the lively atmosphere and the constant "happy birthday" band playing in the background. The place has since undergone a nice renovation, making it even more worth the price and still offering a great selection of dishes. We had a good time here and as long as they maintain their standards, this place remains one of the best in town.
