This type of store is very popular in China because lots of people from northern provinces left their original places and work at othes for living. They like to have these homey foods to cure their homesickness. Had lunch at this place and surprisingly found production is good. I had the chef suggestion Duck Noodle and they gave me another cold dish of cucumber and bamboo skin with compliment for promotion. Both are superb and it only costs $8.90
