We recently moved to a new house where this pizza hat is our closet pizza place, so we thought we would try. the first time that we ordered five pizzas and a ta... read more We recently moved to a new house where this pizza hat is our closet pizza place, so we thought we would try. the first time that we ordered five pizzas and a taucher page, but when we picked them up, they forgot a pizza. with a short call to let them know that they came fast and delivered it to us and another pizza on the top and that showed some excellent customer service that we always taste for pizza because they also really great and are excellent worth.

After my last two experiences with them in the past week, I will never order from them again. The first time, I placed an online order and paid at around 9:53 PM. I watched the tracker as it went from "order" to "assembling" to "cooking." Then I waited for the driver to pick it up until 11:08 PM, and the tracker still showed it as "out for delivery." When I contacted them, they said the business was closed. I can’t believe how poorly they handled this. Never again!

For $32.10, I expected better quality, especially s... read more On April 7, 2024, I ordered two thin and crispy pizzas. One of them was acceptable, but the other was burnt. For $32.10, I expected better quality, especially since I only received one decent pizza. I’d like to mention that this is the first time I've experienced this issue. It seems the staff is mostly new, and they don’t seem to share the same dedication that the previous team at the Logan Central Pizza Hut had. The former staff took pride in their work, but the current employees do not seem to meet that standard. I would strongly prefer to see the old team back, as I can't see myself returning otherwise. Unfortunately, I can't give a positive review this time around. If there were a way to rate them negatively, I would give them a significant downgrade.
