Excelente bar en la playa donde disfrutar de la cervecita diaria después del curso de buceo. Agradables vistas y mejor compañía con los amigos de Buceo Malapascua! View all feedback.

In Malapascua Island, every resort has a restaurant and bar. Due to its proximity to the dive center I visited and its popularity as a meeting spot, I frequently enjoyed breakfast, dinner, or a drink here. The bar is conveniently located near the beach, with small tables and chairs right on the sand where guests can relax, swim, or sunbathe while enjoying a shot or cocktail. The restaurant, offering beach views, is located on the first floor. Prices are on par with other establishments on the island, with the option of having breakfast or lunch for around 300 PHP. Drinks may be slightly pricey, but they offer a 2-for-1 happy hour from 4-6 pm.

I came to check this place out as I fancied a steak after reading one of the previous reviews on TripAdvisor. The staff were attentive and quickly seated me, presenting me with a menu. I ordered a soft drink which arrived in a can without ice. I asked for ice and a glass which the waitress returned with shortly after.I ordered a beef steak for 490 pesos which I understand is imported from Australia and I thought was very reasonably priced. However, I ordered it medium rare and it was presented as ice cold and raw in the centre. I can eat my steak blue I normally wouldn't complain but it was just too cold and a little frozen still. I asked the waitress if I could have it cooked a little longer which they did. It was served to me 10mins later well-done which I didn't mind as the taste was still good. I didn't really enjoy the vegetables as they were overcooked and very soggy, perhaps they are frozen vegetables and this could be why.Maybe I would've been impressed by the food at this restaurant if I'd ordered one of the local dishes as opposed to ordering an imported steak. However no apology or discount was offered, but the service was friendly. I just didn't feel this restaurant was deserving of the number one spot on TripAdvisor although maybe I was just unlucky this time.

Upon visiting this restaurant for lunch on multiple occasions, we were consistently impressed with the quality of the food served. The menu was diverse, offering a wide selection of delicious dishes that were expertly prepared. The authentic Thai, Filipino, and Western flavors were served with a smile by the friendly staff. We highly recommend trying their fantastic yellow curry and Filipino tapas, which showcased a variety of local flavors. After your meal, be sure to enjoy an espresso and flan on the beach while taking in the view of the sea. The drinks served here during sunset were also excellent and should not be missed!

Ocean Vida is a popular restaurant located at Bounty Beach, offering a wide selection of meals on their menu and a spacious dining area spread over two floors. While not haute cuisine, the food is consistently good, providing a solid culinary experience for diners.
