My husband and I stopped in for lunch during our lunch break. The place wasn't busy at all and we were seated promptly. We then sat there for over 20 minutes and nobody approached our table to get our order. We had no choice but to leave as we wouldn't have had enough time to wait for the meal and eat. We stopped in here last night for a family dinner and a birthday party for my daughter-in-law. The food was quite good. And the service was excellent. The
Olive Garden is a chain restaurant, so quality is generally pretty consistent.
I ordered six dinners for takeout. They were ready and correctly filled as promised. Yeah! Everything was delicious and fresh. This restaurant can be very busy.
Eating and service was great, but the reason why I left a 1 start review because I was charged over $60 extra for a $40 payment. the manager came by, and instead of solving the problem, he just made me pay again for what I had already paid (and yes I showed full proof of the payment.) I really hope that the additional $60 I paid goes to the waitress who offered a pleasant experience for me and my date. due to this extreme error I fear could happen again, I will not return to this particular location.
Olive garden never disappointed. we had to wait to be sitting, but it was not bad and I like their process to inform us, our table was ready. the food was as usual and the service super!
