The service was quick for takeout. I ordered a salad, which had a generous portion. The half sandwich was decent, but I expected a bit more from it; it only had three spoonfuls of mayo and some meat. However, the bread was quite good.
Yesterday was National Pie Day, and I decided to stop by to pick up a pie for my team. I arrived around 8:30 in the morning, and while there were a few customers in the dining area, the drive-thru was entirely empty. I waited at the register for eight minutes without being acknowledged. Three different staff members saw me, yet not a single one offered any recognition. They all continued with their tasks, and one employee, who appeared to be in charge, even made eye contact with me but then looked away and went back to her work. At one point, I even witnessed a staff member refill their drink—completely ignoring me. There was no greeting, no "I’ll be right with you," and no apology for the wait; absolutely nothing. After standing there for nine minutes without any acknowledgment, I decided to leave. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. I have encountered similar situations on multiple occasions at this location. I love Kneaders and have never experienced this kind of service at other locations, which is why I kept returning. However, I can confidently say that I will not be visiting this restaurant again.
Why did I rate it 4 stars instead of 5? It's tough to surpass Kneaders' French toast! However, at this location, I had to wait an additional 7 minutes for my food after it had already taken 27 minutes from the time I ordered to when I arrived. If that extra time is necessary, it would be better to adjust the estimated wait time accordingly. I would have been fine waiting another 7 minutes at home. Also, I usually order scrambled eggs at different Kneaders locations, and this is the first time they included onions. It’s not a big issue, but I’m not a fan of onions.
We've gone to kneaders in Lehi and Orem for years. But we've been disappointed by the Logan one. We went once and the pancake was doughy. Thought we'd give it another try last Saturday. It was busy, but we waited in line for 10 minutes got to the front and the guy ringing people up disappeared. We waited at least five minutes (with more people behind us) and then left. It wasn't worth the wait for what was looking like a less than great breakfast.
It was like they decided to mess with me out off all freaking days! Everyone was so nice EXCEPT for the girl that worked drive through this morning. I called a head monday AND this morning right when they opened to make sure they had carrot cake (so this should be freaking easy for them). THEN I come in drive through and the lady was SO RUDE! I went home SOBBING! I asked for the carrot cake, she said they didnt have any and recommended other flavors (which was nice) BUT THEN I told her I called a head earlier, the girl that answered said she checked for me and they had some, THIS GIRL I SWEAAAAAAR she said “Well you must have called the wrong store because we have been working all day (it was 7:30) and we havent had one phone call”. THERE IS NOT ANOTHER KNEADERS NEAR US! And so I checked the phone number and even called it, it rang for the LONGEST time so who the heck knows what happened there.SO I decided to try again at 4, I saw they where STOCKED with the cake (i was so happy wasnt gonna write a review) but then i saw the girl put in my bag a peppermint chocolate cake, which is whatever, a mistake who cares but it is very clear it isnt a carrot cake especially with the decor. I took out the cake and clarified with her in front of another employee if this was the carrot. She said yes, and the other employee just turned away (which is totally fine) but i was so exhausted of going back in forth with them all day for a stupid cake.I will not hate on the food, it is 10/10 (if they have it in stock which is a hit or miss but i understand since they are popular) but will never go to the logan one ever again.
Kneaders Bakery in Logan, Utah, offers delectable food and a warm atmosphere, but service inconsistencies tarnish the experience. While customers praise the food quality, particularly the French toast, they report challenges with order accuracy and staff communication. Instances of receiving incorrect bakery items and rude interactions led to frustration. Furthermore, customers noted lengthy wait times and confusion over menu availability. While some enjoyed generous portions and quick takeout, others left feeling disappointed. Thus, while Kneaders has the potential for greatness, addressing service issues is essential for a more consistent dining experience.

I?ve been hooked on Kneaders for a long time! The buy 5 get the 6th pastry free is a favorite. The pies and cakes are delectable! We love picking out bread (one for our house and one to giveaway). They have a fantastic program for giving back tothe community via Knead for Dough fundraising. The food is soooooo good! Breakfast OR lunch menu are both winners! I highlyrecommend this location as well. They always do their best!
I went here and ordered two bowls of soup and bread. The bread I got was sourdough but the soups I got were chicken noodle soup. I kid you not there was not a single noodle or piece of chicken in either bowl. I payed 6.99 for broth and a couple things ofcarrots. I didn?t even bother to bring it up to the lady working the front desk because of her poor attitude. Worst experienceI?ve ever had at a Kneaders
Incredibly slow service. Every time I come, I know it?ll be close to 30-45 minutes before I get my food. Sometimes even longer. Food is good, but is it really worth the wait? I ask myself this every time I get myself stuck in line.
Big disappointment! We haven't been to Kneader's in a while, and we were surprised at how much it has slipped. Customer service was lackluster at best. It was the lunch hour, and they were out of milk and all but two kinds of bread. The bathroomswere really a mess. The dining room garbage was full to overflowing. The food was so-so. We won't be returning to Kneader'sanytime soon.
I love Kneaders food, especially soups but as we were sitting waiting for our to go order, we noticed how FILTHY this place is! Build up of nasty black gunk along the baseboards, dead bugs in the light fixtures, ceiling vents with massive build up of moregunk. Please clean up for heaves sake, not very appetizing. I'm wondering about the stuff we can't see.

While I can't speak to the pastries, bread, soups, or sandwiches, I can confidently say that the Thai chicken salad is fantastic—I order it every time!
The veggie avocado sandwich was quite enjoyable. The nutty bread paired wonderfully with it. The coconut cream pie had a fresh taste, reminiscent of homemade goodness.
The French Toast is fantastic! It's definitely not something I'd indulge in while watching my calories, but it's perfectly fine to treat yourself every once in a while.
