Bought some beef here, looked fresh and price was very fair. The facility itself didn't smell like a daisy but the variety of meat available was incredible. I can't wait to try their smoked bacon, and the rolls, and a good roast for Sunday! My dad is an avid griller and I'm excited to take him here to shop! View all feedback. We had our elk processed here fall of 2021. I am bummed out because there is animal hair all throughout the meat. It’s on my roast and in my processed ground meat. I don’t want to waste all the meat because there is so much. I guess we just get to eat hair in our food. Yum. I am definitely questioning how clean the facility is. View all feedback.
