Culver’s - Logan

I love culvers but all I wanted was pecans and caramel mixed like a shake but put in a waffle cone. Seems simple enough, paid $7 but the girl that made it gave me pecans and caramel in a cup and said I had to do it myself. Kinda snotty, walked away and the drive thru girl didn't know what to say except sorry so I left.

EhhhhhDriest burger I've ever had in my life. Had a mushroom and swiss!! Now I know this burger and their food can be amazing. I live in Idaho Falls and our Culver's never misses, it's great EVERY TIME!! The one in Idaho Falls is also MUCH CLEANER. I don't work there I shouldn't have to clean my own table to sit. Very Poor experience to say the least.

The food takes less then five minutes to get to you take or car no matter how busy they are. But, depending on the worker, it may take a while communicate your order. The food isn't particularly cheap but it's worth it. The fries are crispy and I think it's one of the best places to get custard in town (just make sure you order the mixer and not the shake).Parking: The problem is less about finding a spot and more about if the drive through line will block the way there.

I’m pretty upset that we are being charged for fry sauce. That was the only redeeming quality about this place and now at my location they’re giving out small plastic containers instead of the old sealed containers. Less fry sauce and definitely a different recipe. I had one of the old ones in my fridge and the color is completely different. Very disappointed. If I’m paying for a $15 combo then I want my damn fry sauce not to be an extra charge

I went to Culver's on my lunch break 3 shifts in a row hoping I would like it, but it took my entire lunch break just to get my food and I was the first one in line with no one ahead of me at the time. And then when they forgot my rootbeer it took another 5 or minutes just to get it to me.... a rootbeer.I've worked in food service for 10 years and give benefit of the doubt as much as I can, but I won't be going back here after waiting a half hour for chicken tenders and a rootbeer when there isn't a line.
