I adore cafe ibis. They always have vegan friendly food, and vegan cookies on stock! Well, they have vegan friendly lunch, I am not so sure about breakfast, and they don't have food I think after about 4pm ish.. ? So dinner is a no go.. unfortunately. They usually have a soup of the day which is vegan and the wraps and sandwiches can be made vegan
They had a good selection of vegan foods overall, regarding coffee shops more than others, but listing ingredients of things would have made the difference of 3.5 to 4.
I didn't eat there, but the soya vanilla latte was good. Not amazing, but solid.
A Destination Coffee Spot. The OG of good Utah roasters, tip-less employment, the right equipment, and the best selection of their beans you might not yet have in your local grocery store. All of this in the quintessential setting. (Or maybe it's justAutumn and the building street is particularly charming this morning). If you love espresso, don't enter the valley withoutdropping in.
I love stopping into Caffe Ibis when I come to Logan, Utah to visit my daughter and her family. They have an adorable Café and I love all the roast flavors especially the holiday ones. I bought a large Chemex coffee pot and carried on the airplane backhome to Michigan.
