Was Rosemary Dibbert at Burger King a mag?
Now that BK is open again, I anticipate they may face some challenges. I was there with my kids tonight, trying to enjoy a quick meal, but I wasn’t really paying attention when the worker wrapped up our order. I just agreed to pay and went home. What August Hagenes dislikes about Burger King:
Didn't get mine or my son's order right. Almost forgot second coke. Gave me a complete different sandwich and my son's has mustard. Lady was completely rude at the window. Didn't even say hello or anything. Rude. Starting to really understand why people complain about this burger king. I arrived at the weekend for the weekend very late Friday evening and went for fast eating bc we starved after a 4 hours drive. the young in the window apologised for the long waiting period, but we hardly waited. drove a good 10min back to the store to eat and everything was still hot pierced. seth rocked it after 1030 with high demand in the drive thru. I don't eat almost food, but my experience made me want sometime. Now I know where to go in this opposite when I return as a tourist, the BK lounge. I have managed a fast serving restaurant for years and my humble opinion is that seth (the name on my acknowledgement) deserves an increase.
Very friendly staff (we have dinner about the drive thru go) the order was completed exactly as we asked and delivered quickly and hot.
I wish it was as big as the people who worked here. I had nothing but great service from this place every time I go. Except eating is always cold. I don't understand how the meat can be cold in a sharpener as if they already did it, but it just left it there for 2 hours so that someone can buy it. the big pommes. I don't think there's much to save-- cold and sad. the personal is always friendly and accommodating. I just wish they would order fresh food
Came and ordered a single burger and pommes, after 15mins waiting on theke, they some, how lost my order. I asked if I could wait and they would try to do it right. there is no reason to wait that long and by the way, I was the only customer in the dining room. So I just went without refund, I was so irritated the money wasn't the point.
I ordered a hamburger with mustard and onions only... got the works w/cheese! Didn't know til I got home...grrr
