Went thru the drive thru just before close. Trinity was our order taker and drive thru employee. She was so sweet and nice. She made a great experience for us. Our food was hot and fresh. The chicken sandwich was awful; just two bites in and I felt nauseous. The onion rings were the worst I've ever had, and to top it off, there were flies everywhere. The only redeeming thing was the drink. It's no surprise that there was no one else there when I arrived. I understand this is fast food and not supposed to be gourmet, but still, I expected better. The best burgers for the price! This Burger King location is by far the most consistent; I can always expect a 7/10 burger every time. Their reliability is a standout quality. Huge thanks to the North BK crew!
The dining experience was satisfactory overall, but we encountered a significant issue. We ordered a frozen drink through the app, only to find out they didn’t have the machine to make it, and the staff was quite rude, implying that it was our responsibility to fix the issue on the app. As if I could resolve everything quickly through a digital platform! This really affected my wife, who just wanted a simple soft drink. The staff's lack of assistance was disappointing. It seems like Burger King prides itself on its customer service crown, but sadly, this visit didn’t reflect that.

Came through last week for a few sandwiches. I was quite disappointed by one. stopped until tonight, explained what was happening and heard, and offered a cheerful replacement. very satisfied with this level of customer evaluation in these days with a fast food business. Go on what you're doing burger king!
Food is edible, that's the only positive I've got. In the last couple of months, I have yet to get an order come out properly. I get cheese when I don't order cheese. The Avocado was brown on my last Whopper. I order extra tomatoes, I get two. I didn't realize that one was a standard order. Used the BK app to place my last order, when I arrived they couldn't find it for several minutes. Last order was for five Whoppers with three different condiment combinations, only one of the burgers was done correctly. There are only two Burger King stores in Logan, UT and I quit going to the other one because they couldn't get an order right if their life depended on it. Now this one is just as bad. Guess I'll have to start visiting McDonald's for my burgers from now on.
