Beth's Bistro - Feedback

What June Klein likes about Beth's Bistro:
My experience at this location has varied every time I have been here. By far my favorite item on the menu is the Portablla mushroom sandwich. It is delicious and priced well. I also like the Grilled Pastrami but they tend to go heavy on the sauce and pastrami which makes it kinda messy. The coffee is fantastic and they provides dozens of choices. Been here a few times in the past. Food is decent enough for on campus. Arrived this time during my lunch break as I am working construction for the dorms nearby. When I arrived there were three employees. I paid $10 for a Gatorade and a sandwich and then after sitting down, two of the three employees go on break and I am left waiting for ~20 minutes before I see any sort of sandwich being made.
