I have never ha... read more The food is usually good, but this time they got the order completely wrong. I asked for NO SAUCE on my burger and it came smothered in ketchup. I have never had issues before, but now I will think twice about coming back here. The cashier CONFIRMEDwhat we ordered and it was still wrong. And we were the ONLY people there. Very disappointed is an understatement.

After waiting a very long time to get to the drive through speaker they informed me their card machine was down and couldn?t take my order. I informed them I was now just stuck in line and had already waited a long time.They then served all the cars in front of me very slowly without parking any of them. When I yelled up to the window to parkthe cars some employee yelled at me to be patient. The guy with the headset was polite but the other guy failed to understandthe situation and reacted inappropriately as a result. Seek first to understand, boys, and try to remember who the customer is.

We used the drive-thru, and they spoke clearly over the mic, double-checked our orders even when we were mumbling, and at the window, they went above and beyond to provide exactly what we requested and even more. They also wished us a good night and a happy Thanksgiving. The Arctic Circle menu never disappoints!

My burger arrived cold, and by the time I got my shake, it had turned into a soup. Very disappointed with the overall experience and the menu items.
