Nothing was stocked. Out of napkins and all sauces. When asked to get some they were annoyed. The soda was not good so I asked the lady up front to change it and she blew me off. One of the customers had to ask them 2 times to change it and it never got changed. Not one worker was friendly. View all feedback.
Zero ability to make a shake. They're not alone. I'll just say Arctic Circle has it going on!!!

I ate Greek Gyro and it was good except for the meat is supposed to be cut thinner
More frustrated at the Arby's app with my experience recently. My online order went to the wrong Arby's so I had to drive an additional 15 minutes to get it, because after calling this location and going into the app, there was no way to cancel the order. Very frustrated. Also wasn't given a straw with my shake, so it inevitably melted by the time I got home. On the positive, this store does look nice. The entrance is in a weird location, with parking only on one side, so you have to cross … – show
I normally love Arbys, unfortunately this time didn't stack up to normal standards. I ordered the Reuben combo and was disappointed. The meat was unusually stringy. The sandwich had very little dressing and kraft. To to that off the soul only allow me a small order of curly fries since they were nearly out. To say the least, I was disappointed. The dining area was so cold I had to keep my coat on and zipped up.
