The service was excellent. There was a slight wait for the food, but we ordered quite a bit, so that was understandable. Everything was delicious!
The wait for our food was extremely long. I ended up waiting in the lobby with insulated bags because the drive-through was even slower. They would hand me one bag at a time, making me wait an additional two or three minutes for the next. When I placed my order, the cashier yelled back for chicken, which made me think they would start cooking it early – or at least that was my assumption. They were opening and closing multiple bags, trying to figure out whose food was whose. Honestly, it was very chaotic. And why do they serve the shakes first? They just sat there melting for the entire 20 minutes we waited for our order to be ready. I raised my concerns, but they didn’t offer to remake them. Eventually, I thought I had my complete order and left with my overly melted shakes, only to discover, 12 minutes later in Hyrum, that some items were missing. We ended up with cold fries, squished sandwiches, melted shakes, and no ranch dressing. It was a huge letdown, especially for a group of hungry seniors.
When we arrived at the restaurant for lunch and saw how empty the parking lot was, we had a bad feeling about it. Despite our doubts, we decided to give it a shot, but it soon became clear why it was so deserted. I ordered the Diablo Dare, which was advertised as spicy, but it had no heat whatsoever. It tasted more like it was coated in mild barbecue sauce. Additionally, my meal was supposed to come with a complimentary vanilla shake, but the entire portion I had circled in my photo was missing from our order. When my wife asked about the missing items, we were informed that the milkshake wasn't actually included! Fortunately, the manager stepped in to fix the staff's oversight. Overall, this restaurant just isn’t worth the visit.
Without fail, they always miss at least one main item from my order. My family enjoys the food, but there are only a few things I can eat there, so when items are missing, someone goes without. Arby's, please be more careful about checking orders and bags before handing them out. It shouldn’t be my responsibility to make sure you do yours.
Marianne is fantastic! She always welcomes me promptly and is extremely helpful and polite. She's truly an outstanding employee. My French dip and crinkle fries were tasty. Although the food took a bit longer to come out, it was during the busy lunch hour. Overall, I had a wonderful experience!
