They brought the wrong drinks, forgot the spoonful of sugar and milk, and only after asking for it. Then they left a tip of 5%, 10%, or 15%. I find that very shameless.

Especially, Iced latte is basically water with a shot of milk after 5 mins. When we asked for one more espresso, we were very rudely asked by the male waiter to buy them. We ended up cancelling the rest of the order. At least the waitress apologised for the drinks.
