Niebostan - Lodz

One of the coolest places in Łódź great atmosphere, friendly staff and great music; a bit overpriced, but I guess it's understandable because of its location in the city center. Nevertheless, niebostan definitiw is a place to visit while they are in Łódź

A great and atmospheric place to go with friends or a date. I have not tried the food, standard alcohol prices as at other places in a larger city.

Good place and good ambients

Good space for live music, good energy and music in the heart of Lodz

One of the things I really loved about exploring Piotrkowska Street and its courtyard and alleys, was discovering the young energy of many places. The renovations and gradual gentrification of the district do not seem to be pushing young artists and young people generally, out. If you're looking for a place that evokes this young, artsy and bohemian spirit, then check out Niebostan cafe, bar, gallery, hangout, and venue for weekend craft markets. During my weekend getaway in Łódź, I found it was one of the very few places still open (and pumping) at midnight on the Friday night; a great place for a Saturday afternoon chill session with a friend; and then on Sunday afternoon, the place to check out the young horticulture and craft scene at a pop-up macrame and pots plants market.
