Has to be the nicest Wendy?s I have ever visited. New remodel looks great. Lobby much brighter and more welcoming. Love the relaxing country music playing in the background. This is definitely the nicest Wendy's I've ever been to! The new remodel looks fantastic, and the lobby feels much brighter and more inviting. I also love the relaxing country music playing in the background. The biggest surprise for me was the exceptionally high level of service. Joseph is incredibly friendly and always maintains a positive attitude. Eating inside is a delightful experience—not what you would typically expect from a Wendy's! Great job, everyone!
The place has really transformed since they renovated the entire building.
The food is a bit overpriced. I ordered a strawberry frosty, but they told me they no longer serve it, even though it's still advertised on their outdoor sign and inside the restaurant. I had driven from Sacramento South specifically for the strawberry frosty, so I was disappointed. I kindly suggested that they should stop advertising it to avoid putting others in the same situation I just faced.
Chicken sandwich was hot and the Fries where as well! Super fast drive thru service! Thanks
Lady yelled at me for asking to use the restroom. Like i was supposed to know it was closed or broken.
